| BCI '09 Audition Information |
Sunday, March 22, 2009 Up to 8 years of age ($25.00) 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Ages: 9 - 11 ($25.00) 1:45 PM - 2:45 PM Ages: 12 - 14 ($30.00) 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM 15 and older ($30.00) 4:45 PM - 6:15 PM Audition Class: The audition will consist of barre work, center work, flexibility/strength evaluation and pointe work for those currently on pointe. The Artistic Director (Watmora Casey) will be evaluating each dancer's ability to determine placement based on curriculum criteria. Private & Videotape Auditions: Dancers whom are not able to attend the above audition date and time, may contact the Office Administrator for a private audition time and related fee or may apply by videotape by March 16, 2009. Videotape auditions must include barre and center work. Photos are not required. Also, please include an audition fee of $20.00 (payable to BCI '09). Notification: Accepted students will be notified in writing as to class placement level. Participants of BCI '09 must be enrolled for a minimum of two weeks of the six week program. Deposit and Deadlines: In order to secure a place in our BCI '09 program, accepted students must submit a non-refundable deposit of $100 by April 1, 2009. Class size is limited to 25 students, therefore, it is suggested that you submit your deposit as soon as possible. Deposits received after class size has reached its capacity, will be held and students will be placed on a wait list. |
